The Youth Resource Centre of Commission on Youth is open to public and is located at 2/F., Tung Sun Commercial Centre, 194-200 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai, H.K. The Centre contains over thousands of reference books, reports, videos and periodicals related to youth.
